A Life Plan Community offers various levels of senior housing options and care services designed to meet residents’ specific needs. Monroe Village is a nonprofit, full-service Life Plan Community in Monroe Township, NJ, providing a campus setting for active, vibrant seniors. Monroe Village offers comfortable apartments as well as care services at Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare here on our own campus.

Monroe Village is located off North Half Acre Road (Jamesburg Half Acre Road/Route 615) in Monroe Township, approximately 1/4 mile south of Forsgate Drive in the heart of Middlesex County, NJ.

At Monroe Village, like all Life Plan Communities, you enter into a service agreement. This agreement gives you use of your home on the Monroe Village campus, as well as access to our array of services, amenities, and programs. It’s not a real estate transaction, so you don’t own your residence.

There’s plenty to keep you active and engaged at Monroe Village. Not only can you continue to enjoy your current interests, but you’ll also have a myriad of new cultural, educational, and recreational opportunities to explore. Relax with a book in our library, or take a stroll through our park-like grounds. Take a trip to Atlantic City or a New Jersey museum; listen to a lecture from a Rutgers professor; or participate in woodworking, volunteering, or one of our writing and poetry groups.

Dining is an experience in service and choice. Shrimp? Roast beef? The menu changes daily with a variety of meals, so you never get bored. Plus, experience multiple dining locations, including our Fireside Restaurant and Village Bistro. Our chef is always creating food demonstrations designed to promote nutrition, special diets, and fun, showcasing the best of dining at senior living communities.

Friends and family are welcome to visit with you. Need more room? We offer a guest room for a small fee. All visitors are registered for the safety of all residents and guests.

Our Life Care contract offers predictable costs and guaranteed access to future health care services if needed, helping you protect your assets while enjoying an independent lifestyle today.

We have a financial qualifying process that’s conservative in nature and based on your age at entry, your assets, and your income. If, through no fault of your own, you outlive your resources, the Springpoint Foundation offers a Resident Financial Assistance program to provide financial assistance on your behalf. Springpoint has never asked a resident to leave due to the inability to pay for the cost of senior living.

Pets are part of our families, so of course, we accept well-behaved domestic pets.
