Senior Executive Director
Jay is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Monroe Village and Village Point. With 18 years’ experience in the senior living industry, he served as executive director at Meadow Lakes, leading the team through capital improvements totaling more than $20 million to enhance amenities and infrastructure campuswide. The initiative improved communication with residents, resident satisfaction, and demonstrated repeated survey excellence in assisted living and skilled nursing neighborhoods, including Advanced Standing recognition for the community’s assisted living option.
Jay graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College with an A.B. in business administration/A.B. in economics, summa cum laude graduate from Temple University with an MBA in healthcare administration/M.S. in healthcare financial management, and licensed nursing home administrator in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. His industry affiliations include chair of the Springpoint Human Resources Advisory Board, Springpoint Ethics Committee member, and advisory board member for the Jersey College School of Nursing’s Ewing, New Jersey, campus.

Gina joined the Monroe family over eight years ago, previously serving as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director. She is now responsible for supervising and monitoring the resident services staff while helping to plan and implement diverse programming for residents with Monroe’s LivWell team.
As a Federal Ambassador of the Alzheimer’s Association, Gina has worked closely with residents and family members dealing with a dementia diagnosis. Along with spearheading several projects that have had a profoundly positive impact on all residents, Gina is an integral part of the Resident Enrichment Program and The Caregivers’ Exchange. Her focus on creating exceptional experiences for those we serve is second to none.
Gina graduated from Mercer University Atlanta with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She earned both her CALA and CDP in 2018 and became certified as a Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP) in 2020.

Simone is responsible for leading the Clinical Services team for both Independent Living and Assisted Living at Monroe Village. She also oversees the daily operations of the community Medical Clinic and manages the Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP), ensuring a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment to help prevent the spread of communicable diseases and infections. For Simone, leadership is more than a role—it’s a commitment to excellence in senior care.
With over three decades of experience in clinical practice, case management, and geriatric care, Simone consistently delivers compassionate, effective care tailored to the unique needs of each resident. She is a strong advocate for quality improvement and care coordination, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to bridge care gaps and enhance the quality of life for residents and their families.

Paula Falkowski has been an integral member of the Springpoint team since 2017, bringing extensive leadership experience in senior living sales and admissions. Her background spans independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the senior living continuum. Since 2026, Paula has served as Director of Sales at Monroe Village, where her dedication, positivity, and steady leadership have helped support the team and advance key occupancy goals.
Known for her warm, relationship-centered approach, Paula is passionate about helping prospective residents and their families navigate important life decisions with confidence, clarity, and compassion. She genuinely enjoys meeting new people, building meaningful connections, and serving as a trusted resource throughout each family’s journey.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her adult children and granddaughter, who remain central to her life. She is an avid cook and baker who loves sharing homemade creations with family, friends, and colleagues. Paula also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories with the people she loves.

Karen is a trusted, caring person who’s been working in the retirement and senior living industry for 14 years. She’s passionate about helping and guiding prospective residents and their families as they navigate the benefits of a Life Plan Community. When she’s not at work, Karen spends quiet time connecting with nature. You may find her tending the garden, enjoying mountain vistas, or walking barefoot on the beach. These peaceful moments impart a sense of calm, which she’s able to bring to her role helping older adults search for their best living option.

Ayana brings a wealth of experience to Monroe Village, previously holding the role of Move-in Coordinator at Laurel Circle, a Life Plan Community located in Bridgewater, NJ. She is a “go-getter” who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and pet dog, Pearl.
