Entrance Fee
The one-time entrance fee guarantees your apartment home and grants priority access to on-site care. This payment varies depending on the size of your chosen residence and whether it will be occupied by one or two individuals.
Monthly Service Fee
The monthly service fee is based on the size of your apartment home and the number of occupants. This one predictable monthly fee covers most living expenses, including housekeeping, interior and exterior maintenance, 24-hour security, utilities, and property taxes, as well as a variety of services and amenities.
Lifecare
With our optional Lifecare contract, you'll have priority access to the care you need, whenever you need it. Plus, you'll pay rates comparable to independent living. These options highlight Springpoint's financial stability and commitment to you.
Traditional or Refundable
We offer both Traditional and Refundable entrance fee options for flexibility in your financial decisions. The Refundable entrance fee is an excellent choice if you plan to leave funds to your estate or anticipate moving again, as a portion of your initial payment is returned. The Traditional entrance fee is ideal if you prefer a lower upfront cost and have already made plans for your estate.
