Springpoint recently announced Deborah Shapiro, LNHA, as the new Administrator of Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare.
In her new role, Deborah is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Village Point including licensed Administrator of Record. She will continue the tradition of excellent clinical outcomes and exceptional customer service at the Springpoint skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
Deborah has over 25 years of experience as a successful skilled nursing administrator. Most recently she served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Consultant and provided administrative oversight and executive coaching in an interim capacity with the New Jersey Department of Health. Deborah is a dedicated expert in managing operations of large skilled nursing facilities and team building to ensure overall resident health, safety, and wellbeing.
Deborah received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a dual-coaching certification through HCI rooted in behavioral psychology, neuroscience, intuitive listening, habit change, and healthy lifestyle design. She is also a member of the Society of Licensed Nursing Home Administrators.
