Our New Upgrade Package
The Modern: Our new package is for those seeking a modern look with high-end appeal. A little gray, a little beige and all so flexible, our new “greige” scheme allows for designing your home with either subtle contrasts or stronger counter points in a modern setting. The kitchens offer greige cabinetry paired with marbleized low-maintenance quartz countertops and glossy white subway tiles along with flooring options to either compliment or contrast in wood tones depending upon your personal choice. The new floor and wall tiles are inspired by the look of marble with linear vein movement. The showers are upgraded with modern glass listello and beautiful contemporary hardware. Complimenting light fixtures in satin nickel are provided throughout, creating a stunning home environment.
Our Updated Standard Packages
Springpoint continues to offer three interior finish options within our standard pricing. The models are derived by the kitchen cabinetry styles as it is the largest area of surface that sets the platform of the design. The three standard schemes all come with small format subway backsplash tile, marbleized ceramic stone floors, wood grain vinyl flooring, carpeted bedrooms and herringbone accents in the bathroom. All may be upgraded to the greige offerings of glass listello bath tiles and glossy large format subway tiles as backsplash as well as alternate selections for flooring, countertops, fixtures, lighting and hardware. These three designs include the Contemporary, Transitional and the Traditional.
Contemporary: The contemporary offers white shaker-style cabinets with a mild marble-look Carrara quartz, a bright white background accented by the softest, subtlest gray veins for kitchens and bath. The versatile look offers an understated elegance. This comes with the option to offset by rich dark vinyl wood floors or balance with a marbleized stone looking ceramic flooring and a white subway tile to deliver a timeless modern appeal. New lighting, fixtures and hardware in this contemporary model provide flexibility for those who enjoy the crispness of white that will work with all furniture styles.
Transitional: Our most popular scheme has been updated to include new accents in floors, fixtures and hardware. The maple glazed transitional style cabinets are now paired with a countertop that has the visual appeal of exquisite creamy marble highlighted with subtle specks and veins that add interest and depth to any design. Hickory finished vinyl floors or cream ceramic stone flooring allow you to take this model design from contemporary to farmhouse.
Traditional: One of our mainstay finish levels, the traditional scheme includes cinnamon maple cabinetry and warm cream, beige countertops with speckles of gray. Vintage oak vinyl flooring and small format subway tiles have been added to this palate along with a marbleized ceramic stone floor option. New lighting, hardware and fixtures coordinate with this classic traditionalist scheme and are a beautiful combination of soothing tones that complement design styles from traditional to transitional.
