New Koi Pond Brings Aquatic Life to Monroe Village Campus

Koi Pond

Monroe Village has some delightful new residents—and they’re making quite the splash! Our beautiful new Koi Pond now welcomes residents and visitors to the community, with the very first “school” of colorful koi settling in and thriving.

The pond is surrounded by fresh plantings, including New Jersey native Bee Balm, along with hydrangea, liriope, and ornamental grasses, creating a vibrant and serene entrance.

This enhancement reflects Monroe Village’s commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. From engaging social activities and fitness programs to beautifully landscaped walking paths and cozy common spaces, our campus offers a variety of amenities designed to enrich everyday life.

The Koi Pond is just one of several improvements to our campus. Last year, we introduced a brand-new porte cochère, and in the coming months, we’ll be refreshing our front desk and reception area to further elevate the Monroe Village experience.
